Do you create content from scratch?
I can create content using existing brand assets or repurpose materials you already have. For bespoke product content (like unboxings or reels), I’ll need access to the product or assets that align with your brand’s style.
Which platforms do you support?
I’m platform-agnostic and happy to work across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, or YouTube, provided the content and strategy are a good fit. We’ll align on what’s realistic during onboarding.
Can you manage comments and DMs?
Yes! I offer light-touch community engagement, which includes responding to comments, managing DMs, and engaging with your audience. More intensive engagement can be scoped if needed.
Will you grow my follower count?
Follower growth isn’t the focus, and it’s not the best measure of success. My priority is helping you show up consistently with content that’s strategic, engaging, and aligned to your goals. That’s what actually drives performance.
How do you handle approvals?
I provide a clear content calendar and draft captions in advance. You’ll have time to review, give feedback and approve posts before anything goes live.
Is this a fixed package or flexible?
This is a monthly retainer, but the scope can flex depending on what you need - whether that’s more strategy, hands-on content support, or reporting. We can tailor the mix each month.
Do you run paid social ads too?
I do offer paid social strategy and campaign setup, but it’s a separate service from organic management. If you’re looking for a combined package, I’m happy to discuss a custom monthly retainer that includes both.
