Working with the organization, I will get an in-depth understanding of how teams are currently working and the methods used to measure output. After this, I will develop a process in collaboration with the organization to ensure a consistent approach to all the deliverables. This will involve the development of a standard set of procedures to ensure uniformity and quality of the work. Additionally, the process will also aim to increase productivity and output within the same sized teams, while also striving to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire organization.
