During the meeting we will cover:

1. Review your current career path you have taken 2. Discuss your personal & career goals 3. What elements of your profession bring you happiness 4. What are your strengths & weaknesses 5. Steps you have taken toward your goals 6. Advice and concrete steps to get you closer to your goals Following your first session, you will have a 30 minute call every quarter to check-in on your progress towards your goals.
