UX/UI Planning & Estimation for SaaS and Web ApplicationsAnna Podrez
I analyze product requirements, business processes, and user scenarios to prepare a detailed UX/UI design estimate and project plan.
I work with SaaS MVPs, existing applications, and redesign projects, including ERP systems, operational platforms, dashboards, and products with multiple user roles.
π― What I Can Help With
Study your documentation, feature lists, and user stories.
Clarify business rules, user roles, and permissions.
Map product modules and key workflows.
Recommend design stages and priorities.
Review UI libraries and identify what can be reused or adapted.
Estimate design hours, budget, and dependencies.
π¦ What You Receive
An organized planning file in Figma with the materials developed during our work:
Structured requirements and descriptions of key functions.
User roles and access requirements.
A sitemap and workflow descriptions where needed.
Clarified decisions, open questions, and assumptions.
Estimated design hours and budget ranges.
A proposed schedule and sequence of work.
The resulting design estimate reflects the available requirements. Changes, additional functionality, and revisions may affect the actual hours and cost of subsequent design work.
π° Pricing & Estimation
Free rough estimate. On a free consultation, I look through your materials and give a quick, rough timeline and budget based only on my experience, usually within half an hour. It is approximate, not a detailed plan.
Paid detailed estimate. A documented plan with a schedule, broken down by stages, sprints, and weeks, with the work and time for each stage. It takes more time because I analyze your documentation in detail, so the price depends on its volume and the complexity of your product. Usually 2-4 business days.
The fixed price is $399. If your documentation is very large, Iβll review it first and confirm the final price before you order.
π If you continue with me on the design work covered by the estimate, the estimate is free. Its cost is deducted from your first design payment.
I confirm start and delivery dates after reviewing your materials, scope, and my availability. Purchasing the service does not guarantee an immediate start.
π€ How We Work Together
I review your materials, clarify any questions, and confirm the delivery schedule.
π What I Need to Get Started
Share your product description, goals, feature list, and available documentation. User stories, workflow diagrams, existing designs, demo access, and technical constraints are helpful.
Send what you have. Iβll review it and clarify missing information with you.
π¬ Letβs Discuss Your Project
π Before placing an order, I recommend a short free consultation to review your product scope and planning needs.
