STUDIO PROCESS

#1 Discovery and Planning Phase

Let’s get to know each other! We will dive deep into your business goals and struggles during our discovery call. If we’re a perfect match, expect to receive a project proposal and contract within 48 hours after the call to secure your spot.

After you've paid the deposit, our studio will send over a detailed brand questionnaire. This questionnaire includes questions about your target audience, competitors, and the overall brand market.

Based on the initial discovery, research, and your answers, we will craft a mini brand strategy document. This document defines your value proposition, audience archetypes, and other essential strategic elements.

#2 Design and Development Phase

You're going to create a pinterest board with us! We'll hop on a call together to discuss the colour palette options, font pairings, and the overall brand aesthetic.

Once we've finalised the visual direction, it's logo time! We'll get the ball rolling on your brand identity, and you'll receive a brand presentation jazzed up with some mockups. This presentation also includes the creative decisions behind every design made for your brand.

#3 Delivery & Implementation Phase

After sending out the brand presentation, we'll dive into the nitty-gritty of delivering your brand assets. This includes crafting a mini brand guideline that serve as your roadmap for consistent brand usage.

We'll meticulously export all necessary assets and files, ensuring that everything is perfectly packaged for your convenience. From logos to colour palettes, fonts to imagery, we've got you covered.

But our journey doesn't end there! We'll schedule an off-boarding call to wrap things up smoothly and ensure that you feel confident and empowered moving forward with your brand. During this call, we'll walk you through the brand guidelines, answer any lingering questions, and provide guidance on implementing your new brand identity across all touchpoints.

By the end of this phase, you'll have everything you need to confidently showcase your brand to the world.
