• What happens when a project is canceled?

  If a project is canceled after it has started, the non-refundable cash advance will be retained to cover the time and resources dedicated to initial planning and preparation. For work completed beyond the initial stages, a prorated fee will apply based on the agreed scope and timeline. Any finalized deliverables up to the cancellation date will be handed over. Cancellations must be communicated in writing at least 7 days in advance. This ensures a fair process while accommodating any changes in your priorities.

• What’s the typical timeline for a project?

• Can we add extra tasks to a project once it’s started?

  Yes, additional tasks can be added, but they’ll be treated as a scope change. I’ll review the request and provide an updated timeline and cost estimate.
