  Each request includes up to two rounds of revisions, allowing us to refine the design based on your feedback. Revisions are typically completed within 1–2 business days, depending on complexity.

• Can you handle urgent requests?

  I’ll do my best to accommodate urgent tasks, depending on my current workload. If you anticipate regular last-minute needs, we can discuss a plan to prioritize urgent projects.

• How do we communicate during the process?

  I’ll work with you through email with a-sync updates every 2 days. Clear and direct communication is key to ensuring the process runs smoothly. That's why clear briefs are essential.

• What if we’re not satisfied with a deliverable?

  Client satisfaction is my priority. I offer up to two rounds of revisions per task to ensure the final deliverable aligns with your vision. If further changes are needed, we can discuss the scope and timeline.

• What happens if we don’t use the service much one month? Can we roll over unused work?

  The subscription is designed to give you consistent, on-demand design support, so work doesn’t roll over from month to month. However, I encourage you to submit tasks regularly to maximize the value of the service.

• Can unused hours in a retainer be rolled over to the next week?

  Retainer hours are meant to provide consistent, ongoing support and don’t roll over. However, I’ll ensure we maximize the time each week by prioritizing your most important tasks.

• Can we pause or cancel the subscription? How much notice is required?

  Absolutely! You can pause or cancel the subscription at any time with a 30-day notice. This ensures a smooth transition and allows me to wrap up any ongoing tasks.
