I was a former Customer Service and Technical Support for Microsoft Zune, T-Mobile USA, and Clearwire before I jump to this home-based job. As my title, I also gained experience concerning the said positions with some of my former clients around the globe doing this remote work since 2013. I have been a Customer Service Representative, Technical Support, Cold Caller, Phone, Chat, Email Representative, also handling different social media pages to monitor and reply to some comments and DM's. I also did some future content for both Facebook and Instagram Pages using the customer's photo, video, stories, and using their own words as caption via Facebook Business Suite (with this we can simply boost these posts for future FB Ads).
