I have extensive experience as a dropshipping assistant with Shopify (Basic & Plus), Oberlo, and CJDropshipping. Please Google: Consumers Distributing (Canada), Vintgear, RyanNRiley, ThriveBlue, and The Smart Bike Lights as examples. Product upload and editing grabbed/transferred from AliExpress/social media using Oberlo and/or CJDropshipping to/from their Shopify store, handling cancellations and refunds, editing product photos and description, editing shipping address and/or orders as requested, all done in Shopify. I also handled their Facebook Pages messages and comments, and emails for me to answer any questions, inquiries, post-sales, etc. I also post future content for both Pages using the customer's photo, video, stories, and using their own words as caption via Facebook Business Suite (with this we can simply boost these posts for future FB Ads). I also handled a team of Customer Service and help them with their unresolved inquiries. I also talk directly to the Chinese suppliers, and agents from the dropshipping company with their warehouse, inventory, and shipment. I am eager to learn more things even after all of these experiences.
