Process

✔️ Needs Assessment 
Deep dive with hiring manager or tech lead. Define tech stack, role expectations, critical success factors, team gaps, and cultural fit. Align on candidate profile and “must-haves”.
✔️ Talent Mapping & Targeting, Outreach & Engagement
Build Candidate longlist from target companies and communities (e.g., GitHub, Stack Overflow, Linkedin, Facebook). Personalized messaging to candidates (email, LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.). Phone/VC screening for motivation, cultural fit, and skills context.
✔️ Screening & Evaluation Conduct deep screening (project history, coding/deployment impact). Rank and present with summary notes, risks, and value drivers. 
Optional: In-depth behavioral and competency-based interviews, referencing. 
✔️ Shortlist Presentation Curated shortlist of top candidates (2-5 depending on the role, expectations and job market), complete with detailed profiles.
✔️ Client Interviews & Support Coordination of interviews, feedback collection, and candidate preparation.
✔️ Offer Negotiation & Onboarding Support Advisory support in structuring offers. Offer presentation for the selected candidate and negotiation if needed. Confirmation of the start date and ensuring a smooth transition.
