Summary

Advertise everywhere your fleet goes! Full branding on your company vehicles is a way to add a mobile marketing footprint, it also establishes a higher level of professionalism to your business / brand.
Vehicles graphics should be engaging and informative. Beyond just "looking good", your core services should be clear to the viewer and the design should also include a call to action. Branding your fleet serves as a mobile marketing footprint that advertises the business / brand, services, and contact information.
Vehicle wrap installation is facilitated through another vendor. You can source and provide a vendor, or I can help locate one in your area.

Process

Intake and Consultation: We will discuss your business / brand goals and what vehicles are in your fleet. We will also discuss facilitation and if you will be working with a 3rd party vendor or if you need recommendations. Over the years, I have learned ways to keep costs budget minded and deliver a stellar product.
Initial Concepts: Custom designs will be created and then applied to mock ups for review. You will receive these and provide feedback.
Final Review: I will make requested edits and provide finals for approval.
Final Files: Once designs are approved, they will be prepared as print ready files depending on their application. This is typically vector / EPS files. You will also receive mock up images of the designs on the vehicle / fleet.
Print / Facilitation: Depending on the facilitation processes discussed in the intake, I will send the files directly to the chosen vendor with instructions. Or, you are welcome to handle the facilitation of final product with the vendor.

FAQs

  • What types of vehicles do you provide graphics for?

    Anything with wheels! Trucks, vans, cars, box trucks, and trailers are most common. Bikes are also an option. Vinyl graphics can be applied to almost any material and I can help guide the process with the vendor for how durable the application needs to be.

  • I don't need a full wrap. Are other options available?

    Definitely. There are several different ways to brand a fleet. A combination of individual vinyl applications is a great budget minded approach to vehicle graphics. We can also explore partial wraps, window vinyl, and even magnets for a removable option.

What's included

  • Initial Concepts

    2-3 polished options to choose from mocked up on the make / model of the vehicles in your fleet. These will be designed based off the information provided in the initial intake and will be reviewed by you for any requested revisions.

  • Final Design

    A final version reached through the concept round, mocked up on the make / model of the vehicles in your fleet. Once approved, this design will be prepared for final print ready files.

  • Print Ready Files

    Files will be prepared according to the print vendor / installers specifications. A final mock up will be provided along with a color guide to ensure accurate reproduction / installation. File types standard is EPS, full outline vector artwork. You will also receive the final mock ups on the make / model of the vehicles in your fleet.
