My Design Process

1. Initial Request

You reach out with your project idea and any relevant details.

2. Discovery Call

We schedule a 30–45 min online meeting to discuss your brand’s needs, style, and goals.

3. Project Agreement & Deposit

Once we define the scope, timeline, and deliverables, I’ll share a brief agreement. A 50% upfront payment is required to begin.

4. Design Phase (5 business days)

I’ll create 2–3 unique logo [or/and de required design] concepts tailored to your brand, balancing intention and aesthetics.

5. Revisions

You can request up to 2 rounds of adjustments to refine your chosen direction.

6. Final Delivery (3–4 business days)

Once approved, I’ll prepare and deliver the final files in the agreed formats.

7. Final Payment

You complete the remaining 50% payment upon delivery of the finished work.

What’s included in the package?
2–3 initial design concepts, up to 2 revisions, and delivery of high-quality files (PDF, PNG, JPG, and AI or SVG on request).
Can I request extra revisions?
Yes. Additional revisions beyond the included two can be added for an extra fee.
Can you design other brand assets too?
Definitely. I can create brand sheets, social media assets, or packaging visuals as add-ons.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes! I work remotely and adapt to your timezone for smooth communication.
Is language a barrier if I don’t speak Spanish?
Not at all. While my spoken English is still improving, I understand everything clearly and guarantee smooth, professional communication.
Is my payment safe?
Yes—everything is handled through Contra’s secure and trusted platform.
