Why use Ionic over Flutter - or the reverse?
Ionic is a wrapper around web technologies. If you have a web designer on your team, this may be a good choice as they will be familiar with the code or have existing functionality that can be shared. Flutter runs it's own language (dart) but that language compiles to native code. This can translate to better performance and hardware integrations. If you want to take advantage of high performance and things like Bluetooth, NFC, etc.. - Flutter may be a better fit.
