What's included
Technical Design
At this stage, I will gather the requirements for the model, its performance requirements, and expected usages in order to develop success criteria and formalize them into a Project Design Document.
Model Training
At this stage, I will gather the necessary training data with the help of the client if necessary, and annotate it. After the data is annotated, the model will be trained until we have an acceptable first draft for checkpoints.
Testing + Deployment
At this stage, I will work with the client to arrange field testing and incorporate user feedback into the model to make adjustments. Additionally I will turn over the model checkpoints, documentation, training data and any IP rights to the client. We can also deploy to the cloud if necessary.
