I will work with you to create a Project Requirements Doc with user-flows, integrations, and deadlines. Additionally I will write a Technical Design Doc concerning performance, scaling, and expected maintenance and support. Lastly we will put together any wireframes and mockups for user interfaces to be built.

I will order the parts for and assemble the sorting system. Additionally I will source quality components while keeping within budgetary constraints and fabricating anything that needs to be custom. Lastly I will measure throughput to make sure we are within performance expectations as lined out in the Technical Design Doc.

I will gather training data and annotate it, integrating it with any existing datasets or checkpoints for cross training to create a custom deep learning model. Integration into the edge devices or host machine for the sorting system will happen here, and again I will measure the throughput against expectations in the Technical Design Doc.

I will conduct applicable final testing, making any adjustments to meet expectations and then package and ship the hardware and software to you. I will turn over any models and code to you and deploy any systems that need cloud deployment. Once the system is in your hands and in use, I will provide up to 90 days of ongoing monitoring and support.
