What's included

• Project Discovery and Briefing

  This stage involves meeting with the client to understand their needs, objectives, and expectations for the motion design project. Deliverables include a project brief that details the client's requirements, goals, target audience, and any specific design preferences.

• Research and Concept Development

  I conduct research based on the project brief and create concepts for the motion design project. Deliverables might include a research summary and initial concept sketches or storyboards.

• Script Writing

  If the motion design project involves storytelling or messages, a script might need to be developed. This is not a service I offer directly, but it can be subcontracted with me providing creative direction to the writer in collaboration with the client, based on the brieft. Deliverable: The final approved script.

• Styleframing / Storyboarding

  Based on the approved script or concept, I create a storyboard that outlines the sequence of motion graphics. This also involves creating still images that represent what the final design will look like. These frames help the client understand the visual aesthetic of the motion graphics. Deliverable: Detailed storyboard & style frame.

• Animation

  Once the storyboard and style frames are approved, I'll create the final animation. This could involve 2D or 3D motion graphics or typography depending on the project. Deliverable: Draft version of the animation.

• Sound Design

  If the project requires, I may need to add sound effects or music. This will either be gotten from free stock sites or paid sites, which will incur extra charges if that's what is preferred. Deliverable: Draft animation with sound

• Feedback and Revisions

  The client reviews the draft and provides feedback, and you make necessary revisions. This process may repeat a few times until the final version is approved. Deliverable: Final version of the animation.

• Delivery and Project Wrap Up

  Deliver the final approved animation in the requested formats. Provide any necessary instructions for use. Deliverable: Final animation files.
