What's included

• Website Strategy and Sitemap

  I'll start with a discovery call or meeting and an in-depth questionnaire to acquaint myself with your business, goals, and needs. From there, I'll create a sitemap detailing the included pages and the content that will appear on them.

• Website Development (Webflow, Shopify, or Squarespace)

  I'll pick a template that best suits your business goals and needs and customise the fonts, colours, and structure the content accordingly. If you don't have imagery to provide to me, I'll utilise free stock imagery. No further customisations will be included. The developed site will be responsive.

• Analytics

  It's important to make sure your website is kicking goals, so we'll implement Hotjar to your website to track users recordings to get heatmaps of where users are looking and clicking. We'll also implement Google Analytics to get an overview of various metrics. If you'd like reports on how your website is going, or would like to make changes to the site we can leverage off these insights.

• Handover

  I'll teach you how to update and add content, and I'll create documentation where necessary. Don't worry, no code tools are easy to use!

• Support

  I've got your back. For 2 weeks after launching your site, you can count on me if you have any questions or issues with your website, or would like ongoing maintenance.
