What's included

• User Persona Workshop

  Creating a mock user to represent your target audience, which I’ll refer back to during the project. If you have any statistics of existing users bring them along too. Depending on the amount of various users you may have, this workshop will take 1-2 hours of collaboration.

• Ideal User Journey Workshop

  Mapping the ideal user journeys for all personas from the previous workshop. Identify pain points from their current journey, or assumed paint points (if you don't have an existing website), and any opportunities along the way. This workshop will take 1-2 hours of collaboration.

• Competitor Analysis

  I'll identify direct and indirect competitors, what they do well, what they could improve on, and how I can set you apart from the rest.

• Sitemapping

  Based on the outcomes from our user persona and journey workshops I will create a sitemap that details what pages will be included, and what will be included on each page.

• Presentation

  I will arrange a meeting with you to walkthrough the sitemap, explaining the decisions I've made and to collaborate on any changes. After this meeting you will be given 1 round of further revisions, however, UX wireframing will not commence until this have been approved.

• UX Wireframing

  Creating mid-fidelity, black and white designs to demonstrate how content will be presented based on the sitemap. Examples of copy will be included.

• Presentation

  I will arrange a meeting with you to walkthrough the UX wireframes, explaining the decisions I've made and to collaborate on any changes. After this meeting you will be given 1 round of further revisions, however, UI prototyping will not commence until this have been approved.

• UI Prototyping

  Adding colour, typography, cool shapes, imagery, and applying your branding to the wireframes. I'll also apply interactions to every page where possible so you can play around with the functionality.

• Presentation

  I will arrange a final meeting with you to walkthrough the UI prototype, explaining the decisions I've made and to collaborate on any changes. After this meeting you will be given 1 round of further revisions. Once I've made any requested updates, we're all done!
