What's included
Discovery Workshop
We kick off the project with a collaborative session to clarify your goals, surface user needs, and nail down the scope. We start drafting a lean business canvas to get a sense of your business and your goals. We also construct initial user journeys
Exploratory Research
We gather qualitative and quantitative insights (interviews, surveys, market analysis) to uncover opportunities and user pain points. With the new insights , we update our business canvas and user journeys.
Product Strategy
We craft and document a strategy to align business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility into prioritized features and success metrics.
Wireframes
I design low-fidelity sketches or digital wireframes outlining structure, content placement, and user flows without visual styling. We typically do a few iterations on the wireframes until we get them to feel right.
Visual Design Mockups
I design high-fidelity, styled screens showing final look-and-feel: typography, color palette, and UI elements in context.
User Testing
I conduct usability sessions (moderated or unmoderated) to validate designs, capture feedback, and identify usability issues.
Final Design Package
I create a comprehensive deliverable including all assets (screens, icons, style guide, annotations, specs) ready for handoff to development. This is where we add edge cases, errors, and empty states, and anything else the dev team might need.
[Optional] Front-End Code
I can also create MVP screens using popular frameworks, like React. This is typically useful for zero-to-one projects, where we are trying to ship something fast and get real product-market validation.
