  Yes, you can request revisions and changes during the process. The client is entitled to three major revisions, five minor changes, and one substantial change. This structure ensures that we can maintain the quality and efficiency of the project. Major Revisions: Significant changes to the content or structure of the presentation, including reordering sections, adding or removing information, and adjustments to the main narrative. These revisions directly impact how the message is conveyed. Minor Changes: Smaller adjustments that do not significantly affect the content or structure, such as correcting typos, formatting adjustments, subtle changes in colors or typography, and alterations to visual elements and images that do not alter the main message. Substantial Change: Substantial modifications that may involve a complete restructuring of the presentation or the introduction of a new visual concept. These changes may require considerable time for execution and review, as they impact the essence of the project and need to be carefully analyzed and evaluated. Note: No changes or revisions are accepted during the delivery and finalization phase.

• What if I am not satisfied with the final result?

  We understand the importance of your satisfaction. If all approval and feedback stages were followed correctly and the final result did not meet your expectations, we regret that we cannot make changes. However, if there are shortcomings on our part, we are fully committed to working with you to provide the necessary support and resolve any issues.

• How long does the entire process take?

  The process typically takes between 7 to 15 days, but it will depend on the complexity of the project and the responsiveness of communication. Additionally, the timeline will be agreed upon at the time of hiring. We are always ready to provide updates on progress and adjust deadlines if necessary.
