Substantial Change: Substantial modifications that may involve a complete restructuring of the presentation or the introduction of a new visual concept. These changes may require considerable time for execution and review, as they impact the essence of the project and need to be carefully analyzed and evaluated. Note: No changes or revisions are accepted during the delivery and finalization phase.
