Process

Project Inquiry Call

We’ll start with a 30-minute project inquiry call. This establishes whether we are a good fit to work together.

Brand Strategy Assessment

This is a 60-90 minute call that will take place on Google Meet. During our call, we’ll discuss your brand assessment in more detail and define the strategy and vision for your new website.

If you have any questions before our session, I recommend sharing these in your brand assessment or emailing them ahead of time. This will ensure we can make the most of our time together on the call.

Website Design

Your website design officially begins. This is a 14-day period where I will be pushing pixels behind the screens to bring your vision to life and deliver a brand-new website.

Website Feedback & Refinements

Your new website is now ready to view. You will find access links to the right of this page. Please take time to review each page and provide feedback / any refinement requests

Website Development

Your website development officially begins. This is a 14-day period where I will be taking the approved designs and bringing them to life.

Website Sign-off & Launch Prep

Congratulations. Your website is now complete and you’ve signed off on the finished design.

Training Call

This is a 60-minute call that will take place on Google Meet. During our call, I’ll walk you through your new site and how to use it. You can ask any questions we have and at the end of our call, we’ll launch your new website!

After our strategy session, you'll receive a comprehensive brand proposal that seamlessly integrates your chosen fonts, colors, and other visual elements. I'll present them in a way that effectively conveys your brand identity for your approval and feedback.
Site Map & User Flow
A visual representation of the website structure and user journey through key interactions.
Wireframes & Prototypes
Low-fidelity and high-fidelity mockups showcasing the website's layout and functionality.
Design Comps
Pixel-perfect visual representations of the final website design, including all pages and elements.
Fully Functional Website
This deliverable marks a fully functional website, meeting all agreed-upon specifications.
Website Tutorial Library
Here you will find a number of video tutorials designed to help you manage your site after your launch. If you have a video request that is not shown here, feel free to reach out and I’ll do my best to make that happen
