In the SEO strategy roadmap I will create a detailed plan with instructions on what should your team do in order to maximize organic traffic and revenue. Areas of analysis include technical SEO (rendering, page speed optimizations, internal linking solutions), the 80/20 of SEO analysis - titles, headings, header and footer menus. As well as content ideas that should drive immediate conversions, not just fluff traffic for your content team.

How long does it take?
In the first week I aim to have a few discovery calls about the project. SEO Strategy roadmap takes about 5 weeks for me to complete. The teams usually implement it on their own in 3-5 months, depending on the scope of the roadmap and complexity of the issues found in audits.
