Take a WordPress + Elementor site from failing Core Web Vitals to passing — without a full rebuild. Two-phase optimization pass: caching and asset loading first, then targeted patches to LCP, INP, and CLS based on what your specific site is actually doing.

Who this is for

Sites failing CrUX field data on LCP, INP, or CLS (the real ranking signal)
WordPress sites on Elementor, Hello Elementor child theme, or similar heavy page builders
Owners who've been told "rebuild the site" or "use a different theme" and aren't ready to throw out a working site

What I do

Phase 1 — Cache + asset loading. Optimized Markup Performance toggle review, LiteSpeed / WP Rocket configuration audit, Cloudflare cache rules tuned for your origin, Rocket Loader behavior check (because disabling it often hurts — verified via A/B testing before any change), Autoptimize / asset minification review.
Phase 2 — Targeted patches. Typekit / Google Fonts preload + display swap, Vimeo / YouTube embed audit (heavy widgets removed where ROI is zero), image conversion to WebP with Cloudflare-aware purge handling, custom PHP hooks to dequeue unused frontend assets, render-blocking JS review.

Methodology

Every intervention gets tested before commit. Single-run PageSpeed Insights numbers swing 17-26 seconds on heavy Elementor sites — I run 3-5 PSI passes, drop the worst-LCP outlier, and report medians. The goal is CrUX field data passing (which is what affects rankings), not a 90+ lab score (which is diagnostic only).

What you'll see

Before/after CrUX field data movement, Lighthouse Performance lift (typically +6 to +15 points depending on starting state), LCP cut of several seconds, TBT down 100-300ms. Stable, monitored over the engagement period.

Process

You send me your URL + WordPress / cPanel / Cloudflare access (admin or appropriate role)
Week 1: Phase 1 cache + asset loading pass, measurement, and verification
Week 2: Phase 2 targeted patches, final field data check, handoff doc with what changed and why
