Before I start working with you I will ask you more about you, your company/business, your goals, vision, mission etc to get a better idea of what your design needs are. When I accept you as my client, I send over my designer terms of service agreement (this is a contract) that has details about deliverables, timelines, budget/payment, cancellation and scope of work. After this is signed, I will send over my designer questionnaire to get more details of the project so I can get started.

My Process:

Phase One: Proposal Phase I send a proposal and then you as the client can decide if these ideas are suitable for your project. Once I get an approval on these ideas I’ve presented, I will move forward with designing.

Phase Two: Concept Phase Sketches and Ideas for the approved concepts – maximum 3 different options for creative direction. Once I get started on these options I will get them finished upon an agreed deadline and send them to you. 

Phase Three: Round One of Concepts | Part One I send the finalized versions of your project and ask for your feedback. If you have any feedback I will incorporate it into the work. I will also ask you to pick your favorite option. If there aren’t any changes, I will give you the final files upon payment. 

Phase Four: Round Two of Concepts | Presentation Part Two Refine your favorite option even further based on your feedback. 

Phase Five: Round Three of Concepts | Presentation Part Three (FINAL) Deliver final files to you.
