When does the project start?
The project officially commences once the signed contract is received and the deposit payment has been processed.
Do you offer payment plans?
I offer flexible payment options. You can choose to pay the total project fee upfront or opt for an instalment plan with pre-determined due dates for each payment. You'll be provided with payment plan options in your proposal.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit is required to initiate the project after the contract is signed. The deposit amount will be a percentage of the total project fee. The percentage will depend on the overall project cost.
Can I request changes to the project deliverables?
Yes, you can request changes to the project deliverables at any time.
What is your policy on revisions?
While the initial proposal and contract will outline a specific number of revisions, any additional revisions beyond that will be billed at an hourly rate.
Can I cancel the project?
Yes, you have the option to terminate the project, provided that you pay the agreed-upon cancellation fee, complete a notice of termination form, and submit your cancellation request within the agreed cancellation window (dates), which will be outlined in the contract. A copy of the notice of termination form will be provided to you at the start of the project. The signed form must be submitted to me and signed by both parties (me, the contractor, and you, the client) to be considered valid.
How much is the cancellation fee?
The cancellation fee varies depending on the specific project and will be clearly communicated to you in the initial proposal and the contract.

Project Add-Ons
You also have the option to add additional deliverables to your project (such as additional revisions, additional logo options, additional pattern designs, additional illustrations, website design, packaging design, merch design, etc.) to your project before or during the project. Please note that project add-ons are billed at additional rates.
