Competency Mapping Map the right competencies to each job family and role, ensuring alignment with responsibilities and seniority levels. (Deliverable 2: Functional Competency Mapping)
Refinement & Validation Review the draft framework with key stakeholders to fine-tune language, structure, and real-world relevance.
Delivery & Handover Share final framework documents and mapping matrix, with optional implementation guidelines or a stakeholder presentation deck for internal rollout.
