Process

Step One: Discovery

We will start with a discovery call where we will talk about you, your business, your industry, your target audience and competitors as well as your marketing goals, aspirations and budget.

Step Two: Proposal

Based on what is discussed, we will spend the next 7 days building you a proposal on how we can help you realise these goals. We understand that our services are an investment, so you’ll have plenty of time to look at our proposal and other options before we ask for any decision.

Step Three: Scope and Approval

Once you agree on the scope, we will book in our first client meeting where we’ll finalise all the small details, schedule our regular meeting times, and then we will get to work.

What's included

Email Platform Setup
I will get you fully set up on a mass-email provider of your choice (though I usually recommend Mailchimp!).
A Whole Year of Emails
I will create two campaigns for you to run all year to keep your customers engaged with your business, and promote additional services you provide to increase your average customer value.
Set of Templates
At the end of the year you will have a set of email templates and campaigns that you can use forever.
