Summary
As a product designer I've worked on a wide range of products ranging from video games, digital twins, consumption dashboards, & CMS. As a result of this I have a keen understanding of what obstacles users may face when interacting with a digital product and how to reduce these.
What's included
🔍 My findings with regards to the user experience of the product / app / site
I will create a Loom recording, and/or Google Docs with my findings. These will detail how the user is interacting with the product and what issues they may be facing.
🧰 Suggested improvements
I will create a list of suggestions that can help improve user experience which can range from simple fixes, to improved accessibility, revised typeface, simplified processes to name a few.
