Summary
As a product designer I've worked on a wide range of products ranging from video games, digital twins, consumption dashboards, & CMS. As a result of this I have a keen understanding of what obstacles users may face when interacting with a digital product and how to reduce these.
Process
The process starts with me studying the product / app / site to figure out what issues users may be facing, or have faced. Once I have these findings I will compile them into a document or Loom recording.
The next step is to create suggestions of improvement which can be document via Loom and/or Google Docs. The last step will be to handover my findings and suggested improvements for your review.
What's included

I will create a Loom recording, and/or Google Docs with my findings. These will detail how the user is interacting with the product and what issues they may be facing.
🧰 Suggested improvements
I will create a list of suggestions that can help improve user experience which can range from simple fixes, to improved accessibility, revised typeface, simplified processes to name a few.
