Process:
1) Initial Intro call with CEO/Co-founder/ POC to understand their needs. (Getting access of the account to analyze, setting up the timelines, etc.)
2) Getting Brand Guidelines document, understanding the objective and vision of the Brand.
3) Creating a report on the existing status of the account and next steps to be taken.
4) After a thorough discussion on the Point of action, will start with the implementation process.
5) Regular Calls in case any query needs to be resolved.
6) Final deliverable when the issue is resolved / Weekly & Monthly Performance Report calls in case the contract is for the long term.
What's included
In-Depth Report for the past 3 months performance of the ad Account and Recommendations to improve performance
Will analyze the whole Facebook ads account and create an integrated report containing the existing performance and industry insights to improve the performance further.
Check and Resolve the tracking issues if any
Will check the tracking setup and firing of events properly and suggesting the changes in case of any discrepancy in tracking.
Implementing the changes and improving the performance
Start working on the account and implement the recommended changes.
