1) Initial Intro call with CEO/Co-founder/ POC to understand their needs. (Getting access of the account to analyze, setting up the timelines, etc.)
2) Getting Brand Guidelines document, understanding the objective and vision of the Brand.
3) Creating a report on the existing status of the account and next steps to be taken.
4) After a thorough discussion on the Point of action, will start with the implementation process.
5) Regular Calls in case any query needs to be resolved.
6) Final deliverable when the issue is resolved / Weekly & Monthly Performance Report calls in case the contract is for the long term.
