Process:
1) Initial Intro call with CEO/Co-founder/ lead to understand their needs. (Getting access of the account to analyze, setting up the timelines, etc.)
2) Getting Brand Guidelines document, understanding the objective and vision of the Brand.
3) Creating a report on the existing status of the account and next steps to be taken.
4) After a thorough discussion on the Point of action, will start with the implementation process.
5) Regular Calls in case any query needs to be resolved.
6) Final deliverable when the issue is resolved / Weekly & Monthly Performance Report calls in case the contract is for the long term.

Will help you set up the Google Ad Account and conversions tracking properly
Analyzing the account and getting insights for improving the performance
Will analyze the whole account from Campaign level to extensions and keywords, will monitor each campaign type and improve the overall structure. Reduce the overlapping of campaigns to save the unnecessary budget spends.
Handling the whole account
Based on our contract, I am also open to handling the whole Google Ads account till all the updates are done.
