How it ships (typical 5-page site):

Week 1: design review, theme setup, global styles, header and footer

Week 2: page templates and editable blocks, built on a private staging link

Week 3: content, forms, speed and testing on all devices

Week 4: your review, final fixes, launch and handover

What the price covers: the starting price covers up to 5 unique page layouts (for example home, about, services, a service page and contact). Pages that reuse a layout are just content. Each extra unique layout is $250. Two rounds of fixes against your design are included.

Not included: writing copy, sourcing images, logo or brand design, online stores (see WooCommerce Store Build), multilingual setup and advanced animation such as WebGL or scroll-driven timelines. Those are quoted separately. Hover states and simple scroll reveals are included.

Design review & build plan: I go through your design page by page, list every layout, component and interaction, and flag anything missing, such as mobile layouts or hover states. You get a clear build plan, a timeline and a fixed quote before any work starts.

Theme setup & design system: I set up a lightweight custom theme on staging, then bring over your colours, fonts, spacing and buttons as global styles. The header, footer and navigation are built first, so every page shares the same foundation.

Page templates & editable blocks: I build each page layout to match your design and turn every section into an editable block (ACF or Gutenberg). Your team can change texts, images, buttons and section order without touching code or breaking the layout.

Content, forms & integrations: I add your content and optimise images, set up the blog structure, and connect the contact form to your email or CRM. Any agreed tools, such as analytics or a newsletter form, are integrated and tested.

Speed, SEO basics & testing: I tune images, scripts and caching and check every page with Google PageSpeed. Set up SEO basics: page titles, meta descriptions, clean URLs and a sitemap.

Launch, handover & support: I move the site to your live server and set up SSL, redirects and backups. You get a walkthrough showing how to edit everything, plus 2 weeks of free bug fixes after launch.
