First we'll have a discovery call where I learn more about your organization- especially its history, challenges, and goals. Once I've provided a formal proposal, we need to get the contract signed and complete a down payment (usually 50%). Then I'll get to work! I start with competitor research to establish a baseline for your industry to strategize how we fit in (or stand out). I'll provide two or three aesthetic options for the logo and share them for our first check in. Then I'll refine our chosen option and share it in a final review where you can approve the entire package or make change requests if anything's off. Once you complete the final payment I'll send the entire package of files. If you have any trouble implementing your logo I'll stick around for your questions, free of charge.
