Process

The scope of Interior Design services for this package is outlined below:

Planning

We will develop interior layouts and design ideas to satisfy the Client’s requirements and establish a basis for the development and implementation of the Interior Design.

Schematic Design

We will lay out preliminary plans, elevations, sections, materials, furniture selections, and interior sketches from the design direction. Services to be provided during this phase will include:

· Visualization of Interior Design Perspectives

· Presentation of Color and Materials

Design Development

The schematic design deliverables are reviewed, revised, and expanded to align all details and specifications required for the construction phase. Documents to be provided will include:

· Floor Plans

· Reflected ceiling plans

· Floor covering plans

· Interior elevations & details

Interior Design Documents

Services to be provided will include the production of a final set of working drawings and specifications that are intended to provide the basis for Contractors to follow, which includes the following:

· Material Reference and Specifications
