• Content Review & Audit

  Conduct a thorough review of the existing eLearning content to identify outdated elements, design inconsistencies, or areas for improvement. Deliver an audit report outlining recommended updates, including visuals, interactions, and accessibility enhancements.

• Content Redesign & Updates

  Update visual design to align with modern aesthetics or brand guidelines. Refresh multimedia elements (e.g., videos, audio, animations) with updated assets provided by the client or created during the project. Enhance interactivity (e.g., adding drag-and-drop activities, simulations, or branching scenarios) to increase engagement.

• Revisions

  Include one or two rounds of revisions (based on the agreement) to refine updates and address client feedback.

• LMS Content Audit

  Review existing content to ensure compatibility with the target LMS. Provide a migration plan outlining steps for transferring content and resolving potential issues.

• Content Conversion & Formatting

  Convert eLearning modules to required formats (e.g., SCORM, xAPI, or cmi5) for LMS compatibility. Reformat courses as needed to fit the new platform’s specifications or design templates.
