4-Week Process for Social Media Kit

Week 1: Discovery & Strategy Development

Client Discovery: We'll begin with an in-depth discussion for me to understand your brand’s identity, goals, and specific needs for each social media platform.

Mood Board Creation: Then I'll develop a visual mood board to establish the overall style, colour palette, and tone for your social media visuals.

Initial Design Concepts: I'll start working on the first drafts of profile pictures, cover images, and post templates. These initial concepts will set the foundation for your brand’s social media look.

Week 2: Feedback & Refinement

Concept Presentation: I'll present the initial designs for profile & cover images, post templates, and story templates for your review and feedback.

Feedback Session: We'll hop on a call to conduct a feedback session to gather your thoughts and preferences, focusing on refining the visual elements to better align with your brand.

Revisions: I implement up to 3 rounds of revisions on the initial designs, ensuring that the visuals resonate with your brand’s identity and messaging.

Week 3: Asset Development & Style Guide Creation

Highlight Covers & Reels Thumbnails: Custom highlight covers will be developed for Instagram and branded thumbnails for Reels, YouTube, or Facebook videos, maintaining a cohesive brand look.

Finalisation of Templates: The design of all post and story templates will be completed, ensuring they are versatile and easy to customise across platforms.

Social Media Style Guide Draft: A draft of a comprehensive style guide that includes best practices for using your new social media assets, detailing colour schemes, typography, and image guidelines.

Week 4: Final Review, Delivery & Off-Boarding

Final Review Session: Finally, I'll present the completed Social Media Kit, including all profile & cover images, post templates, story templates, highlight covers, reels thumbnails, and the style guide for your final approval.

File Preparation: I'll organise and package all final files in easily accessible formats (e.g., PSD, AI, PNG), and ensure they are ready for immediate use.

Delivery & Off-Boarding: The final assets will be delivered via a shared folder (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) or transfer service (e.g. WeTransfer).
