What's included
In-depth Brand Questionnaire
Our project will begin with an On-boarding call were we discuss the project scope and deliverables. From there you will receive a Proposal and an in-depth Brand Questionnaire so I can get to know your brand and project goals.
Exclusive Brand Strategy
After analysing your Questionnaire responses, I will devise an Exclusive Brand Strategy. We will schedule a 1.5 hour long brand consultation to explain and refine the strategy, including brand values, personality, positioning and a competitor audit.
Creative Direction - 1 Concept
I will begin to brainstorm multiple idea that can translate your brand strategy and values to your audience in the most appropriate way through visual language. Once a concept is established, it will be presented to you, alongside your refined brand strategy in a presentation call.
Logo Suite
I get to work on designing your Logo Suite. Always referring to your strategy, design principles and market research. This can include: Primary Logo, Logo Variations, Logo Submark, Favicon
Custom Colour Palette
Colour plays a huge role in how we perceive and interact with a brand. It can affect sales, performance and brand awareness. For example, Ikea refers to their Swedish heritage by having a blue and yellow logo, creating instant recognition. A custom colour palette will be chosen depending on your brand personality, history and market sector.
Typography Suite
Typography is the style and presentation of the text used in your branding visuals. Just like colour, typefaces/fonts allow you to portray different moods and context. They can heavily affect consumer responses and your brand image. A typography suite will be constructed to provide the best experience for your customers.
Brand Pattern
A brand pattern is a fun, additional design element that can enhance your brand awareness and recognition. The pattern usually incorporates part of your logo, submark or other design elements and can be used on business cards, digital media and packaging.
Photography Art Direction
Included in The Exclusive Package will be a suggestion of photography styles and imagery that suit your brand style and tone of voice. The emotions you wish to evoke within your marketing/advertising will be considered alongside the principles of photography such as negative space, light/shadow, colour and balance.
Stock Photo Curation (If necessary)
If requested a collection of stock photography can be sourced from various websites (both free and commercial licenses) for you to use for your brand.
2 Revisions
Within this package, you will be entitled to two free revisions. As the brand strategy/creative direction will be thoughtfully curated and communicated, these revisions aren't always necessary. If desired, the revisions allows you to be concise with your request. The revisions will be evaluated and if they aligns with your project goals/deadlines we can come to an agreement. If more revisions are requested, a revision fee will be added.
4-5 Brand Collateral Assets
You will be given the option to request up to 5 Brand Collateral Assets to accompany your Brand Identity. This can include but is not limited to: Business Cards, Stationary, Gift Cards, Flyers, Letterheads, Brochures, Packaging and Signage, Vehicle Wraps and more.
Social Media Templates
Social media has become a favourable way to build meaningful relationships with your consumers. This package includes the option of social media templates, that will be meticulously designed to align seamlessly with your brand identity. During the on-boarding call we can discuss what templates are appropriate for your business.
Brand Style Guide
Once all designs are signed off and finalised you will receive a Brand Style Guide that contains detailed specifications on how to present your brand – everything from brand values, voice, logos, typography to colour, pattern and photography. It helps your brand remain consistent in how it looks and feels across different platforms. It is particularly useful when you have various teams working on different projects/goals. Even more so when you hire sub-contractors or an outside source that isn't particularly familiar with your brand.
File Exchange / Unrestricted Ownership / Copyright Transfer
Once full payment is made and all files have been exchanged, you will be asked to sign a copyright transfer document. This transfers ownership of the design over to you. I just ask for permission to show the project in my portfolio.
File Guide
Your logo and assets will be sent in various formats and file types. This can be daunting. To avoid confusion, you will be given a file guide that explains each one and what they are best used for.
1.5 Hour Off-boarding Call
This call allows you to express any questions about your Exclusive Brand Identity. I can best advise you on how to move forward with the assets you've received, as well as ask for feedback on my design process.
1 Month on Catch Up (Optional)
I will send you a questionnaire regarding your new brand identity. It gives me an idea on how your are putting it into practice, if you have any further questions and if you need any additional services.
