Visual Studio, MySQL, or SQL Server is used depending upon the project requirements, target platforms, development tools, and the preferences of the development team.
In server-side applications, and open-source projects, Linux Operating System is preferrably used due to its flexibility, open-source nature, and robust command-line tools. Linux is also preferred because it supports frameworks like Python, Java, Node.js, Ruby and more.

It contains software requirement specification for a web or app development project to confirm desired project conditions are met. It contains the user manuals to guide the end-users on how to use the product or service.
Technical documentation of the project provides a detailed information for support and maintenance teams. The documentation also contains a detailed project plan that finalize the project timeline, costs and explanation of any deviations from the original plan.
