Are your rates flexible?
The short answer is yes, but not for once-off projects. We certainly want to build relationships to our clients, and thus there are significant discounts depending on the contract. Otherwise, we charge a very reasonable price, and we fix it for transparency.
Does an initial consultation cost something?
Nope. I take time to talk to any potential client for free. If you don't decide to go with me, you shouldn't pay. This only applies to the first consultation.
Can you overtake an existing site?
Yes, but - and it's a big but - it's very hard to estimate the complexity of tasks and thus the time required when taking over someone elses work. If the website is rather simple, and doesn't include custom integrations, this isn't a problem at all.
Can you work with other website services?
Certainly. I can even code it for you from scratch in a variety of ways. That's up to you. If, for some reason, I am not sure about a specific technology, I will tell you, because it would be then better to choose someone else.

What's included

Initial Meeting
A short call to understand your wishes, boil that down to some key aspects and prioritize those. From this, we can develop a realistic timeframe and roadmap. We may also review references and websites that the client likes
Wireframe
Based on our initial discussion, we will create an initial wireframe of the solution, then we will run a short workshop to integrate your feedback before moving onto the development of the initial prototype.
Implementation
We move on from the initial prototype, allowing minor tweaks and comments, but this is really where we spent all of our effort to turn the MVP into a robust, fully functioning site.
Delivery
We deliver the site, but we also deliver documentation on how to maintain and adapt the site, should you wish to do so yourself. We make sure that you are in control of your site, not an outsider.
