• How long does the process take?

  Most collateral projects take between 1–3 weeks, depending on how many assets we’re creating and how complex they are. I’ll always give you a clear timeline before we start so you know what to expect.

• How many revisions are included?

  You’ll have 2 rounds of revisions included in the package. That’s usually more than enough to refine and perfect the designs. If you’d like more changes beyond that, we can add extra rounds for an additional fee.

• Can you match my existing brand identity?

  Yes! All collateral is designed to fit seamlessly with your brand identity. If you’ve worked with me on branding, I’ll carry that system into your new assets. If you already have a brand identity from elsewhere, I’ll adapt the collateral so it feels consistent and cohesive.

• What if I need something not listed?

  Not a problem. The list of collateral types is a starting point – if you need something unique, we can discuss it and I’ll let you know if it’s within scope. Most likely, we can make it happen.

• What file formats will I receive?

  You’ll get everything you need for both digital and print: * Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) that are infinitely scalable and perfect for printing. * Pixel files (PNG, JPEG) optimised for web and social. * Editable templates (where applicable) so you can reuse or update assets easily.
