Replace repeated copy-and-paste with a working intake flow that validates input, records status, routes one real destination, and makes failures visible.
Starting at $275 includes one input with up to ten fields and five nodes or branches, routed to either one client-owned Sheet or destination or one notification connector. Validation, duplicate, status, and failure logging, test examples, and a handoff note make this a usable small automation rather than a browser-only prototype.
PF01 and PF02 are self-initiated demonstrations showing transparent rules, validation, structured records, notification states, and failure logs. The public examples do not transmit externally; the purchased workflow is implemented and tested with your approved client-owned account or sandbox.
Send one sample input and the destination or alert you use today so I can confirm the complete starting workflow.

What you receive

• Workflow map: input, validation, rule branches, destination, status, and failure path
• Working implementation of the agreed intake and routing workflow
• Visible validation and failure log for invalid input and failed actions
• Test matrix with representative success, rejection, and failure examples
• Setup, configuration, ownership, safe rerun, and handoff guidance

What I need from you

1. Current input-to-output steps and the exact manual problem to remove
2. Sanitized sample inputs, expected outcomes, and acceptance examples
3. Fields, validation and routing rules, owners, priorities, statuses, and failure behavior
4. Approved destination or channel plus a client-owned test account or sandbox

Scope and support

A larger workflow can include up to three client-owned apps or connectors, one custom webhook or API, fifteen nodes, basic error handling, one deployment or publication, and one handoff document when written into a separate project. AI classification, custom OAuth, new cloud infrastructure, 24/7 operation, production monitoring, and long-term maintenance require separate scope.
The starting service includes one consolidated revision round. For 14 calendar days after delivery, I correct defects reproducible with the agreed input, rules, and client-owned test environment at no added charge. New rules, connectors, channels, or vendor changes are separate scope.
