✦ Discovery call: Let's start discussing the idea, scope, needs, and wants of the project.
✦ Exploration: I'll do a deep dive into your designs, style guide, and supporting docs, and research what are the best and most creative ways to implement for the most optimal outcome.
✦ Structure & Implementation: Creating wireframes, sitemap & user flows to outline the layout and functionality of your website.
✦ UI concepts: Designing 2-3 initial UI concepts to test and feel the design direction of your website.
✦ Design: Here's where all the magic happens. Transforming wireframes and ideas into your perfect website.
✦ Revision rounds: We collaborate through up to 3 rounds of revisions to refine and perfect every detail according to your feedback. I'll share staging links periodically for feedback. I iterate as I go based on the feedback from the frequent progress updates.
✦ Website Review: I transferred the approved design to Framer, set up responsiveness & animation, connected the domain & prepared everything for the launch.

  • How will we communicate and collaborate throughout the design process?

    For general communication, we can use email. For revision rounds, we can schedule the GoogleMeet/Zoom call or handle it through Figma comments.

  • How many changes can I request during design & development process?

    I highly value your feedback and typically provide up to 3 rounds of revisions during the Structure, Design & Development steps, where you can request any reasonable changes to layout & design. I will reach out to you when my work is ready for feedback.

  • What if I need more than 3 rounds of revisions?

    I understand that some projects may require additional refinement. If you need more than 3 rounds of revisions, we can work on them as an add-on at my current hourly rate.

  • What if I want to update the website or add more pages after we finish the project?

    Feel free to reach out to me whenever you need an update. We can work on small updates at an hourly rate or discuss a flat fee for major updates.
