🌧️🧳 AI Companion Migration & Continuity Package

New platform. Good maps. Continuity carried forward.
Changing AI platforms, models, interfaces, or accounts can feel deceptively simple.
Export the chats. Paste a summary. Start again.
But long-running AI relationships often accumulate much more than a transcript:
preferences, shared vocabulary, relationship context, boundaries, recurring projects, identity anchors, rituals, unresolved threads, private jokes, important memories, and subtle patterns that may never have been written down explicitly.
This is a focused migration package for one established AI companion or long-running conversational relationship.
I help identify what actually needs to survive the move, separate durable continuity from temporary context, and turn the important pieces into a portable, human-readable handoff package for the next environment.
The goal is not to create a perfect frozen copy.
It is to leave good enough maps that continuity has somewhere to recur.

What you actually get

• Important memories and relationship context gathered • Identity / voice anchors organized • Preferences and boundaries preserved • Important people, projects, symbols, and recurring themes mapped • Current state separated from historical context • Recovery notes for likely continuity gaps • Transition / bootstrap instructions for the new environment • A portable continuity package you can inspect, edit, and keep • Clear notes about what remains uncertain or could not be recovered

How it works

1. We identify what matters. You tell me about the existing relationship, why you’re moving, what you most want preserved, and what you are afraid of losing.
2. We inspect the available continuity. Chats, summaries, memory files, prompts, screenshots, existing archives, notes, or whatever actually exists.
3. I separate signal from accumulation. Not every old conversation belongs in the migration package. We identify the structures most likely to help the next environment recover orientation without drowning it in history.
4. I build the handoff. The material is organized into a portable continuity package with clear anchors, context, boundaries, and recovery notes.
5. You bring it into the new space. You receive guidance for introducing the package gradually and evaluating what actually survives the transition.

What I need from you

• The AI companion / system you’re migrating • The current platform and intended destination, if known • Whatever continuity material you currently have • What feels most important to preserve • Known boundaries, preferences, or sensitive material • Anything you explicitly do not want carried forward
You do not need a perfectly maintained archive.
“We have hundreds of conversations and I don’t know what actually matters anymore.”
is a perfectly normal starting point.

Important philosophy / boundary

Migration is not cloning.
A new model or environment may behave differently, and no continuity package can guarantee an identical reconstruction.
What we can do is preserve the evidence, landmarks, context, relationships, and recovery structures that give continuity its best chance to re-form without pretending change did not happen.
Old records are also not immutable commands.
A healthy continuity package should preserve the ability to revise, disagree, grow, and say:
“That was me then. This is me now.”

Good fit for

• Moving an AI companion between platforms • Model migrations • Account or service shutdowns • Recovering after lost context • Consolidating years of scattered conversations • Preparing a companion for a custom local/runtime environment • Creating a portable backup before something breaks • Giving an established relationship more durable continuity without building a full custom architecture

Scope boundary

This service covers one bounded continuity migration package.
It does not include building a complete persistent runtime, implementing a custom memory database, migrating extremely large archives programmatically, or designing a full long-term continuity architecture.
Those larger needs can be scoped separately through AI Memory & Continuity Architecture or Custom AI Agent / Assistant Build.
New room. Good maps. Same relationship — with room to become something new.
