Have a Product Designer available in your day-to-day operations, as if it was an employee.
Pre-requisites
A minimum commitment of 3 hours a day
Process overview
Will go through the feature definition
Will determine the expected design file structure
Will design the interface and evaluate with team leads
Will leave explanatory notes to communicate the behaviors

What's included

Requirements analysis
Will go through the requirements and follow-up with questions to clarify the desired outcome.
UI Design
Following the established brand and UI guideline, will design the interface of the selected functionality/feature/journey. To communicate better the intended behavior, UI screens are laid out to form a chart-like flow. Each flow consists of different scenarios that take place in a given functionality (including, but not limited to: various error states).
Clickable prototypes (upon request)
Depending on the internal dynamics of the team, a clickable prototype might be used to discuss the feature with the stakeholders. If so, upon completion of the interface design, a clickable prototype is built in Figma (other tools are subject to agreement).
Hand-off
Each completed UI will be accompanied with relevant notes to clearly articulate the intended behaviors. All design assets are handed over to you.
FAQs
A written story is surely welcome, bot not necessary! In the absence of a written requirement, we can narrow down and clarify the scope over a call as well. That will act as the reference story then.
I generally use Slack, Discord, Telegram and Signal for more frequent communication. Figma comments are another good way to discuss design feedback. For review calls we can schedule GoogleMeet/Zoom/Teams call for sure.
It all depends on the amount of hours committed. For up to 4 hours a day commitment, I prefer an async work. Will surely overlap the most of these hours with your working hours. For 4 hours and more, I can also join dailies.
