What's included
Requirement analysis
Determining the product goals. Follow-up questions to clarify the intention of main journeys.
Analysis & Synthesis
Conducting and documenting the findings out of Heuristic evaluation and Accessibility assessment. Preparing the actionable recommendations. This will be either a shared Google Docs file, or a Notion page, or a PDF document with relevant notes and screenshots.
Hand-off
Upon completion of work, you'll receive all the materials created during the collaboration. This includes all notes, screenshots and documents shared.

A brief is surely welcome, bot not necessary! We all know that projects might be at various stages when design joins the table. So whatever the starting point, there's nothing to worry.
I generally use Slack, Discord, Telegram and Signal for more frequent communication. Figma comments are another good way to discuss design improvements. We can also schedule regular GoogleMeet/Zoom/Teams call to go through the findings.
