• How long does it take to complete a presentation? Can you work with tight deadlines or rush projects?

  It depends on the scope of the project, and how many revisions are needed. Typically it's advised to start the project at least a few weeks before you need a final version. However, I do offer rush services for 50-100% fee depending on turnaround time.

• How many revision rounds are included?

  There are no set limits on revisions, since work is invoiced hourly.

• Can I edit the presentation myself after you deliver it?

  Yes, you will be able to edit the presentation yourself.

• Do you provide a template I can use for future presentations?

  I offer two design approaches: Standard Slide Design where I design each slide individually in the main presentation view, perfect for one-time presentations, and Master Template Design where I build custom templates in PowerPoint's master slide view, ideal if you need to create multiple presentations or want your team to easily make updates while maintaining brand consistency.

• Will the presentation work on both Mac and PC?

  There is PowerPoint for Mac if you have a license but some features may not be compatible such as animations or embedded media. Keynote isn't available on Windows but keynotes can be exported as PowerPoint files. If you plan on sharing for cross-platforms you can export an interactive PDF.

• How do you price your services?

  Presentations are invoiced at an hourly rate.

• How do we communicate throughout the project?

  I'm flexible and work with whatever communication style suits you best—email, Slack, Teams, video calls, or a combination. I'm responsive throughout the project and happy to jump on quick calls if anything needs clarification."

• Can you attend my presentation to make live adjustments?

  I'm based in Southern California and available for in-person support at local events. For presentations outside the area, remote support is included—I'll be on standby during your presentation for any technical assistance. If you need me on-site for out-of-area events, that's possible with travel expenses covered and can be discussed during project planning.

• Do you create presentations for specific industries?

  I've designed presentations for all types of businesses from Barbie, to Toyota, to Medical events.
