What platform will my website be built on?
Websites can be built using Wix, Shopify, Webflow, Square, Squarespace, or Wordpress. It depends on the project needs, budget, and if you have a preference.
Do you offer website maintenance after launch?
Yes, post-support is offered with each package and any additional support is on a monthly retainer billed monthly. Retainers are also customized to your websites complexity & needs.
Will I be able to update my website myself?
Yes, you can learn how to maintenance or update your website on your own with video tutorials. I can also help you learn how to navigate your website.
How much will a domain and hosting cost?
Domain prices depend on the type of suffix (e.g., .com or .shop) $12-40/year. Hosting depends on the platform and plan.
Do you provide rush design services?
Yes. Rush fees vary from 50-100% of the total project cost, depending on urgency & complexity. Rush work is any work completed significantly faster than my standard timeline, and/or outside of my scheduled hours.
Can I cancel a project? Do you offer refunds?
Of course! Simply notify me as soon as possible. Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly. Contracts contain cancellation terms and there may be a termination fee. I don't offer refunds on payments made, as each project involves custom work and dedicated time in my schedule. However, I'm committed to working with you through revisions to ensure you're happy with the final result. Clear communication throughout the process helps us stay aligned and avoid any surprises.
