Yes. Rush fees vary from 50-100% of the total project cost, depending on urgency & complexity. Rush work is any work completed significantly faster than my standard timeline, and/or outside of my scheduled hours.
Of course! Simply notify me as soon as possible. Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly. Contracts contain cancellation terms and there may be a termination fee.
I don't offer refunds on payments made, as each project involves custom work and dedicated time in my schedule. However, I'm committed to working with you through revisions to ensure you're happy with the final result. Clear communication throughout the process helps us stay aligned and avoid any surprises.
