• Do you offer payment plans?

  Most projects are divided into two payments: a 50% deposit and 50% final payment - for flat fee projects, Contra will ask you (the client) the full payment and only release the 50% deposit to be released to me immediately and the other 50% is on hold until the project is complete.

• How long does it take to complete a project?

  We kindly request that you submit design requests at least one week in advance so that we can adequately prepare and deliver on time. We understand that sometimes urgent requests may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate them. However, please be aware that we cannot guarantee timely completion if we have a high client workload.

• How will we communicate?

  We’ll start off with Google Meet video meetings to discuss your project and present the first round of concepts. For shorter communications, we’ll use email or I’ll send you a short recorded video.

• We don't live in the same city. Can we still work together?

  YES. 98% of my clients are not local, so I manage projects long distance using live and pre-recorded video (we're addicted to Loom videos!).

• Do you do copywriting?

  No, but I can do what I can with the help of ChatGPT and other AI tools. I highly recommend hiring a copywriter for heavy copy work.

• If I have my logo designed by someone else, can you help with other designs?

  Yes! As a matter of fact, my client Earna had their logo designed by someone else but approached me for supporting graphics.

• How do we put in design requests?

  We have a custom-designed Notion Client Portal for our retainer clients. This system has been the most effective for us when it comes to design requests. You can submit your request through your Client Portal, and we will be notified of your input. We will then contact you via email or Slack to confirm your request. Easy as pie!
