We love organization as much as you do. We'll onboard you to your Client Portal where you will be able to put in any design requests!
Graphic Design Support
This service will have a wide range of graphic design support included, but not limited to: social graphics, infographics, one-sheet PDF, flyer design, PPT design, conference or event designs (table cloth design, posters, signs, etc.). Note that larger and more complex projects are excluded in this service. For example, brand identity and/or visual identity designs are not included as well as website design. Please refer to my other services on these for more information.
Retainer Package
We can create a custom package for you, but our standard retainer package includes unlimited requests* at a special rate of $500 per month.

Most projects are divided into two payments: a 50% deposit and 50% final payment - for flat fee projects, Contra will ask you (the client) the full payment and only release the 50% deposit to be released to me immediately and the other 50% is on hold until the project is complete.
We kindly request that you submit design requests at least one week in advance so that we can adequately prepare and deliver on time.
We understand that sometimes urgent requests may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate them. However, please be aware that we cannot guarantee timely completion if we have a high client workload.
We’ll start off with Google Meet video meetings to discuss your project and present the first round of concepts. For shorter communications, we’ll use email or I’ll send you a short recorded video.
YES. 98% of my clients are not local, so I manage projects long distance using live and pre-recorded video (we're addicted to Loom videos!).
No, but I can do what I can with the help of ChatGPT and other AI tools. I highly recommend hiring a copywriter for heavy copy work.
Yes! As a matter of fact, my client Earna had their logo designed by someone else but approached me for supporting graphics.
We have a custom-designed Notion Client Portal for our retainer clients. This system has been the most effective for us when it comes to design requests. You can submit your request through your Client Portal, and we will be notified of your input. We will then contact you via email or Slack to confirm your request. Easy as pie!
