Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
Once subscribed, you're able to add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.
How fast will I receive my designs?
On average, most requests are completed in just a day. *Please note that the timeline for more complex requests can take longer based on its unique requirements and the speed of communication in which feedback is received.
What if I don't like the design?
No worries! We'll continue to revise the design until you're 100% satisfied.
Is there any design work you don't cover?
Absolutely. This plan does not cover the following design work: 3D modeling, it's errr, my kryptonite. But check back in a few months and this too might be included.
What details should my design request include?
Basically, we ask for your input across three simple areas: - Describe the design you need. - Select your brand profile. - Attach any assets, images, and copy needed.
We don't live in the same city. Can we still work together?
Yes. 99% of our clients are not local, so we manage projects long distance using live and pre-recorded video. (We love Loom)
