Do you offer payment plans?
Most projects are divided into two payments: a 50% deposit and 50% final payment - for flat fee projects, Contra will ask you (the client) the full payment and only release the 50% deposit to be released to me immediately and the other 50% is on hold until the project is complete. On larger projects, we can set milestones for payments.
How long does it take to complete a project?
Our mini refresh projects can take around 2-3 weeks depending on our rate of communication. We will conduct regular pulse checks to keep track of the timeline of our project.
How will we communicate?
We’ll start off with Google Meet video meetings to discuss your project and present the first round of concepts. For shorter communications, we’ll use Slack, email or I’ll send you a short recorded video.
We don't live in the same city. Can we still work together?
YES! 99% of my clients are not local, so I manage projects long distance using live and pre-recorded video. (we love Loom!).
Do you do copywriting?
No, but I can do what I can with the help of ChatGPT and other AI tools. I highly recommend hiring a copywriter for heavy copy work.

Discovery Consultation
An important first step to our project! Let's have a quick chat so we can meet each other and learn about each other a bit more. We'll nail down your goals, how to achieve said goals, and your brand strategy.
Brand Questionnaire
In this questionnaire, I'll ask specific questions about the type of designs you want for your new brand!
Project Kickoff Call
After you've completed the questionnaire, we'll hop on a 45- to 60-minute project kickoff call to make sure we are on the same page with everything.
Creative Direction
I will present you with a creative direction proposal that includes a mood board and color palette that gives a fresher, more elevated/modern look to your current designs (if you have one!). We can keep your current colors or update it slightly.
2 Logo Variations
Two logo variations are included as deliverables. This could be a primary logo and a submark/favicon.
1 Email Signature
Can't forget about the email signature! Slap on your new designs into your email signature. We'll create one so it's easy for you to insert it into your email signature.
2 Revisions
Two rounds of revisions to refine the deliverables, ensuring they align perfectly with your vision and expectations.
